1, Facility edible mushrooms


1. Strictly prevent high temperatures

When cultivating medium temperature varieties such as Pleurotus ostreatus, shiitake mushrooms, and elm yellow mushrooms in facilities, the growth and metabolism of mycelium will be inhibited when the internal temperature of the bag rises to above 28 degree . Some varieties may experience mycelium death when the internal temperature of the bag is above 32 degree and maintained for a long time, which seriously affects yield. Therefore, production should take the temperature inside the bag as the key control basis and take timely shading measures according to temperature changes, When the temperature inside the greenhouse is too high, spray cooling or forced cooling measures can be taken by opening the fan and water curtain to maintain the normal physiological state of the bacteria.

 

2. Control temperature

During the high temperature season, high humidity weather occurs frequently. Under high temperature and humidity, the growth of edible mushrooms under facility cultivation is inhibited, leading to a high incidence of physiological diseases. In production, attention should be paid to controlling the frequency and timing of water spraying. When the relative humidity of the air exceeds 60 percent , the frequency of water spraying should be reduced, and when it exceeds 80 percent , water spraying should be stopped. Water spraying should be carried out in the morning and evening when the temperature is relatively low.

 

3. Pay attention to ventilation

Ventilation is a key measure to prevent the occurrence of mushroom burning and the control of commercialization during the mushroom bag cultivation period. When facilities are in the mushroom rod cultivation stage, the central material temperature of the mushroom rod should be taken as the control basis, and timely ventilation should be carried out to strictly control the central material temperature below 26 degree ; In the stage of mushroom production, it is necessary to increase ventilation time in the morning and evening and harvest in a timely manner to maintain good commercial quality.
